This page explains what happens to the information you give us on penisoperation.com, and what rights you have over it under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
The controller of your data is Danamedic. You can reach us at [email protected] for any question about your data, including a request to see it or delete it.
If you complete the consultation form, we receive the name, phone number, email address and message you enter. Because this site is about surgery, your message may contain information about your health. We treat that as sensitive information and only process it because you chose to send it to us in order to request a consultation — that is, on the basis of your explicit consent.
We use your details for one purpose: to respond to you and, where you want to proceed, to arrange a consultation with the partner clinic or surgeon appropriate to your enquiry. To do that, we share your enquiry with that clinic. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.
We keep consultation enquiries only as long as needed to handle your request and any follow-up, and no longer than 24 months, unless you become a patient of a clinic and their own record-keeping obligations apply. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time and we will.
Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes standard technical information such as IP address, browser type and request metadata in order to deliver and protect the site. We do not run advertising trackers on this site. If we add analytics in future, this page will name the tool and the legal basis before it goes live.
You have the right to access the data we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to withdraw your consent at any time, and to complain to your national data protection authority. Write to [email protected] and we will act on it.
